Data Deletion Request

This page applies to 3D STL Viewer : Cost Calculator (com.stlviewernova.app), published by Nova Soft. Dev.

How to request deletion

1. Email nova.softwaredevelop@gmail.com with the subject “3D STL Viewer Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the anonymous RevenueCat App User ID shown in diagnostic information, if available, and the Google Play purchase order number only when subscription identification is required. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents.
3. We will acknowledge the request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention obligations.

Data deleted

Eligible developer-held support correspondence and the identified RevenueCat customer record, including subscription/purchase-history associations and app-specific identifiers, will be deleted or anonymised where the service permits.

Data not held or retained

3D model files and calculation inputs remain on your device and can be deleted by you from device storage or by uninstalling the app. Google Play transaction records and records required for tax, accounting, security, dispute resolution or fraud prevention may be retained by Google, RevenueCat or the developer for the period required by law or their applicable policies. AdMob advertising data is controlled through the in-app Ad privacy choices entry point and Google account/device advertising settings.
